Biliary ascariasis removal.

An uncommon-looking obstruction on imaging that turned out to be a worm in the bile duct. One procedure, one patient discharged the next morning.

Management of esophageal perforation with an Ovesco clip.

A full-thickness esophageal defect, closed in a single endoscopic session. The patient ate soft food the next day.
